Here is the exact setup you need in cPanel Zone Editor:
- SPF (TXT):
v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:SERVER_IP ~all
-
DKIM: Enable in cPanel -> Email Deliverability (it will auto-generate the 2048-bit key).
-
DMARC (TXT record
_dmarc.yourdomain.com):
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; sp=quarantine; pct=100; rua=mailto:[email protected]
Once added, test at mail-tester.com to get a 10/10 score! ๐โ
Hi all,
Our client notification emails from WooCommerce were frequently landing in Gmail's Spam/Promotions tab. I wanted to verify the exact TXT records required in cPanel Zone Editor to pass Google's strict bulk sender requirements (SPF + DKIM + DMARC). ๐ง
Could anyone share a battle-tested DMARC policy template for shared hosting domains?
