Before You Create the Account

• Confirm the correct service package and resource allocation.
• Verify the primary domain spelling and billing status.
• Decide whether nameservers and DNS zones will be managed locally or externally.
• Document the expected username and ownership details for audit purposes.

After Provisioning

Review quota settings, confirm login access, and send only the approved welcome details to the account owner. A short verification after creation prevents avoidable support requests later.
